Skills Direct Install
Download the Scale Intelligence skill package and install it directly into Claude’s Skills section. For authorized Scale LLP and 5point4 team members.
Save scale-intelligence.skill anywhere on your computer. Your Downloads folder is fine.
Open the Claude Desktop app. Click Customize in the left sidebar, then click Skills.
Click the + button next to “Personal plugins”. Select Add from file. Navigate to where you saved scale-intelligence.skill and select it.
If you see an error about an invalid file, make sure the file downloaded completely and try again.
You should see scale-intelligence appear under Personal plugins. It will be enabled by default. Start a new conversation and it will be active.
The skill activates automatically based on your conversation — no need to invoke it manually.
When a new version is released, download the file again and repeat steps 3–4. Remove the old version first by clicking the three dots next to it and selecting Remove.
