Case Control Tower is a case-management, status-update and client-reporting application that Five Point Four Technologies builds and runs for law firms. Each firm gets its own private deployment.

Matters, teams and critical dates, each with a responsible person. Overdue and upcoming deadlines are visible at a glance.

Status updates

A dated, permanent record of what moved on each matter and who moved it.

Client reporting

Weekly client updates, portfolio snapshots and deadline reports, ready to print or export.

How it uses your Google account

Sign-in: people sign in with the Google account their firm has approved. Access is by invitation only.
Calendar: if a firm turns it on, confirmed deadlines and hearings are added to the Google Calendars of the people chosen for each date. Events show only the matter number and the type of date, never client details.
We don’t sell data, don’t use it for advertising and don’t use Google user data to train AI models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

For firms using it

Sign in at your firm’s own address (for example, yourfirm.cct.5point4.com). For access, contact your firm’s administrator. For anything else, write to connect@5point4.com.
