Install on ChatGPT
Connect Scale Intelligence to ChatGPT in about two minutes. You will need a Business or Enterprise ChatGPT account — although other paid plans may work as well. The free plan does not support custom MCP connectors.
Before you start
ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise
Custom MCP connectors require a paid ChatGPT subscription. If you are on the free plan, upgrade at chat.openai.com before continuing.
Connect Scale Intelligence

Open ChatGPT Settings — go to chat.openai.com. Click your profile picture or initials in the lower-left corner. Click Settings.

Enable Developer Mode — in Settings, click Apps in the left sidebar. Click Advanced settings. Turn on Developer mode. Some accounts will have this option already turned on. In that case proceed to next step.

Create a new App — a Create App button will appear. Click it. A form appears titled “New App.”

Fill in the form — enter these values exactly:
Name
Scale Intelligence
Description
Legal AI tools for GC and attorneys
MCP Server URL
Authentication
No OAuth select this from the dropdown
Leave the Icon and Advanced settings fields as they are.

Accept the warning and create — scroll down and check the box next to “I understand and want to continue”. Then click Create.
⚠ About the warning
ChatGPT shows a security warning for all custom MCP servers. This is standard practice. Scale Intelligence is built by 5point4 for Scale LLP — it is safe to proceed.
You are connected
After clicking Create, Scale Intelligence will appear in your ChatGPT Apps list.
Start a new conversation in ChatGPT. You will see a Scale Intelligence option in the tools or apps area.
Describe your legal matter in plain language — Scale Intelligence activates automatically and runs the right tool.
To reconnect or update later, go back to Settings → Apps and find Scale Intelligence in your list.
